Mobile PDA's

Mobile PDA's
Today’s PDA is a mobile PDA that has more functionality that ever dreamed of. The problem that exists today is narrowing down the functionality required for a specific business function.

Companies are deploying mobile PDA’s in great number today. Their drive for connectivity into their back-end systems has reached a high pitch. With demand and need to true integration, mobile ERP access through a mobile PDA table or phone are showing up all around.

There are many PDA’s that lock in front-end access but very few offer back-end combined with a front-end mobilized system. The number one complaint from any companies in regards to their PDA system is missing features, lack of user friendliness, counter-intuitive interface and true connectivity. Today, with the mobile PDA a company can hire a software company to create a powerful, cost effective, intuitive integrated solution. The other added benefit of a mobile PDA is the cost. Mobile PDA’s can be just about any tablet on the market so businesses are not locked into the normal ‘PDA’ suppliers.

Mobile ERP access has never been higher. Due to the modular structure of a mobile PDA, ERP access can be easily customized and integrated with any back-end system.

One other feature of a mobile PDA is that it can hold various types of solutions in one mobile unit. ERP access, contact information, sales information, delivery information and more can be created and accessed from the same unit. Not only is information available to many different parts of a company but there can be instant interactive communication, such as updating a drivers route or creating an invoice while at a clients location.

Where companies needed several different types of software, today all these functions can be included in a mobile PDA program designed specifically for them. This valuable feature helps large and small IT departments.

No longer are PDA’s just a personal data assistant. . .they are a personal business assistant!
